When you’ve been together as long as Amado and Akiko, your wedding is sure to be very close to home. Their loved ones gathered at Balai Taal, the day was clear enough to see the volcano. Guests of both Amado and Akiko’s sides mingled, shared jokes and drank. I smiled as I thought this is how weddings should be- a celebration not only of the couple’s love but of the joining of two families.
At the end of the ceremony, Akiko approached and hugged everyone in our team and Jake’s team and told us how much we made her cry with the slideshows. As a photographer, nothing lifts your exhaustion more than hearing these words.
Congratulations Amado and Akiko!
