Tim and Lauren whisked away to Sydney in a party of 10 (themselves and their photographer included) to have an intimate and almost secret affair, tying the knot three months earlier than their “official” and “announced” wedding celebration held in Manila.
It was a lot of fun covering the elopement. There was no mould for what we needed to shoot. We took photos as things unfolded. Our reception venue, Pony at The Rocks, wasn’t booked until that morning. We didn’t even have a bouquet an hour before the ceremony until we had one made at the town mall. It’s a totally different experience from the weddings I’ve shot before and we loved it!
There’s one more part to our Sydney Adventure. I’d wait for this one if I were you. We take on the Sydney Opera House, the Harbour Bridge and some hip places around the city. For today, I write this post as my message of congratulations to a couple very dear to me. Can’t wait for the next chapters of your love story adventure Tim and Lauren. Cheers!
